No matter the project size, Ceco’s crews bring their A game! Recently, our St. Louis office completed work at East College Street Development in Iowa City with Knutson Construction Services. The scope of work consisted of deck formwork for two cast-in-place concrete levels, including a sloped ramp and a residential level with drop beams.

“Ceco did a fantastic job overall at executing this project,” says Jonathon Paprocki, assistant project manager with Knutson. “The project team brought priceless industry knowledge to the table during preconstruction and all the way through to the end of the project.”

The project included multiple challenges, including tight site logistics and an aggressive schedule.

“The onsite crew and supervisors were cooperative, professional and accommodating to the difficult site conditions,” Paprocki says. “Ceco also assisted in accelerating the schedule to help us meet and exceed owner-determined deadlines.”

Our team’s work at East College Street Development has turned Paprocki into a fan. He says he would recommend Ceco for consideration on any construction project. Thank you, Jonathon!
