Scott McKinley Research Building

South Central Operation

This 7-story concrete research facility was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete contractor. The first level had an 18’ tall clear story height, which led to a challenging schedule when combined with a winter start.  CECO’s formwork system utilized a perimeter table system to enhance safety.  Each floor consisted of 3 pours and CECO executed 1 pour per week.
