This sample Choosing By Advantages (CBA) matrix was developed by a client to compare structural systems for an acute care hospital bed tower project. We have begun working with our mechanical engineering partners to vet different approaches to integrating structural and mechanical systems and would suggest viewing these systems in the same Choosing By Advantages matrix.
