“I enjoy working for Ceco because Ceco continues to define processes and provide training to enhance our capabilities both individually, and as a team,” explains Cara. “Everyone is supportive and willing to pitch in wherever necessary to accomplish our goals as well as the goals of our clients. This dedication to producing a quality project with safety at the forefront is why I enjoy showing up for work every day.”

“My favorite project memory was working on the Matthew Knight arena in Eugene, Oregon. We brought in Supervision from 4 different districts, and at one point had 6 crews running with a total 80 workers on site. just-in-time deliveries required us to pre-build in a yard down the road and truck in wide loads, often with pilot cars. It was a difficult project in both management and complexity of scope that required everyone to work together. I am proud to have been a part of that team and look forward to the next one.”
